GEORGE NEWS - As a service to our readers, George Herald offers political parties in George that are participating in the upcoming local government election the opportunity to state their vision before the election.
Political parties in George can place a message of 250 words and the party logo free of charge in our publication on 21 October.
The information and logo must be e-mailed to michelle@groupeditors.co.za in the body of an e-mail or attached to an e-mail as a Word document, as we must be able to copy and paste the information.
To ensure that your message to the voters is exactly as intended, no subbing of the text will be done, so please ensure that you do not exceed 250 words and have the grammar and spelling checked before e-mailing.
The deadline for your final submission is Wednesday 13 October and no late contributions will be accepted.
The following information is needed: 250 words in total
- What your party stands for / your vision and mission. - 50 words
- Name three major issues within our municipal area that you will prioritise should you be the ruling party and briefly state how you will address each issue to the benefit of residents. - 200 words
- The logo of your party in JPG image format attached to the e-mail.
