GEORGE NEWS - An Eskom power system emergency has been declared for today, 10 January.
Load shedding stage 2 changed to stage 1 as from 06:00 to 23:00 to stabilise the system.
George and Uniondale will not be affected.
Should your electricity not come back on AFTER a load shedding slot, check your electrical main switchboard for any possible tripped switches.
If all switches are on and your power is still off, please report to 044 874 3917 during office hours or 044 801 6300 after hours.
