GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - The twelfth CANSA Relay For Life is currently being held at the Carpe Diem sport grounds.

The theme for the relay is "CANSA Carnival". 

Hundreds of people are taking part in this event to give hope and support to every cancer survivor. The field is packed with teams wearing colours which depicts different form of cancer, the teams are also made out various local and regional businesses and government institutions.

This event also serves as a fundraiser for cancer and it will continue throughout the night, providing entertainment from different artists. 

Dignitaries such as Mayor Melvin Naik are also part of the event.
