Schools rugby 7s tournament at Outeniqua High
The rugby fields at Outeniqua High are abuzz with action after the kick-off this afternoon of the Frogfoot Schools Rugby 7s Tournament being held here today and tomorrow, 9 and 10 September. This is the fourth round of the tournament, which is televised.
