Their music, which has been called "ancient as the forest itself" by John Bartmann of Overtone, lulled the audience with its deep melodies and almost trance-like aura.
With her debut performance on stage as folk singer, Beatrice Esterhuysen gave an extraordinary performance with her selection of original music. She was accompanied by Melissa Olivier and her father Steve Crafford on the djembe drums.
A few theatre goers even remarked that Beatrice’s performance somewhat outshined the main act, being very accessible to a wide audience. Her song "Magix in the Music" reflects elements of Leonard Cohen, Melissa’s song "Unclipped Wings" has a definite Cranberries feel; and then there is Beatrice’s song "Little by Little", with its very catchy tune, that I just can’t get... out of my head.
