GEORGE SWIMMING NEWS - To have six SA National Junior championships (SANJ) qualifiers this season is an outstanding achievement for an individual coach and one the Royal Swimming Academy in George is truly proud of.
The six qualifiers are Hannah Murray, Luca Potgieter, Matthew Seabrook, Robert Hendricks, Sergio Dos Santos and Tammy Greenwood.
The SANJ event takes place at Kings Park in Durban annually and is one of the highlights of the swimming season that runs from May to April.
With 820 swimmers from South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Kenya at this year's event, Royal Swimming Academy head coach Mimette Salter was thrilled that her young swimmers qualified for a number of finals - testimony to their talent and determination combined with coaching excellence.
