GEORGE NEWS - Glenwood House will host the prestigious Halfway Toyota Independent Schools Rugby Festival for u.19s from Wednesday 28 March to Monday 2 April.

The generous sponsorship of Halfway Toyota George has ensured that some of the best school rugby talent will be in action at Glenwood House at this annual Easter weekend tournament.

There is no entrance fee and all are welcome to come and enjoy the talent on display.

Twelve high intensity rugby matches will be played over the three-day festival and on the rest days in between, these private school boys from all over South Africa will experience some wonderful Southern Cape sites and hospitality.

Participating schools this year include St Andrews, Christian Brothers College, Penryn College, Uplands College, Somerset College, Woodridge College as well as York High and McLachlan High.

Kick-off times on Thursday 29 March, Saturday 31 March and Monday 2 April will be at 08:00, 09:15, 10:30 and 11:45.

Match programmes will be available at the venue.
