On Tuesday, the league commenced with the weather again threatening to turn proceedings into a wet tee shirt event, but the rain was only light for the first few ends, enabling all teams to complete their games.
The Just Movies team made league history by being the first team to get a full-house (maximum achievable score in a single end).
At the end of the day it was ABSA and GT Collections who headed the log with equal points, closely followed one point behind by Ricoh, Fluid Power and Sothebys.
Nomads provided aromatic wors rolls to sustain the inner bodies.
On Thursday all 36 teams set to with some innovative shots and tactics being the order of the day.
ABSA and GT Collections slugged it out in a hard fought game with ABSA, finally getting the better of the duel and remaining at the top of the log.
Big loser of the day was GT Collections who slumped from second to fifteenth on the leader board, but knowing them, they'll be back with a vengeance next week.
