GEORGE NEWS - The Zone 9 team, All Stars FC, came from behind to defeat Western Tigers 3-1 in a thrilling Geolfa Heritage Soccer Tournament match earlier today.
Western Tigers had taken the lead in the first half, but All Stars FC bounced back in the second half, scoring three superb goals to secure their place in the final.
In the second semi-final, Paris United overcame Fast Eleven FC 4-1 in an equally exciting match. Fast Eleven FC opened the scoring in the first half, but the Phelandaba-based side responded strongly, netting four excellent goals after the break to claim victory.
All Stars FC and Paris United will face each other in the Geolfa Heritage Soccer Tournament final later today at 16:00.
The winner will take home the first prize of R15 000.
