South Western Districts Cricket (SWDC) hosted a programme to prepare the coaches and captains for the physiological demands of the Cricket SA (CSA) youth national tournaments held on Friday 28 November.

Nick Venter, the dedicated phycologist facilitator of CSA, presented the session.

The dates for the CSA national youth tournaments:

CSA Girls U16 national tournament: Gqeberha (9-13 December)

CSA Boys U16 national tournament: Paarl (9-13 December)

CSA Girls U19 national tournament: Potchefstroom (15-19 December)

CSA Khaya Majola U19 national tournament: Bloemfontein (16-20 December)
