GEORGE CRICKET NEWS - The respective age group teams of SWD were all too strong for Northern Cape in a series of friendly matches that were contested in Knysna on Saturday and Sunday.
The time cricket format matches were played on Saturday while Twenty20 matches were played on Sunday. The matches were in preparation for the Cricket SA National youth tournaments that will kick off on Saturday.
The CSA Momentum u.15 week will be held in East London from 5 to 9 December, followed by the CSA Momentum u.13 week in Pretoria from 7 till 11 December. The CSA Momentum u.15 week will take place in Port Elizabeth from 11 to 15 December.
Nelspruit will be the host for the CSA Girls u.19 week, which will be held from 8 to 12 December, and the Khaya Majola u.19 week will take place in Benoni from 15 till 19 December.
