CRICKET NEWS - South Western Districts Cricket's 11th AGM since the establishment of the body as a non-profit company will be held at the SWD Cricket offices at the Recreation Ground in Oudtshoorn on Saturday 26 July.
Various vacant positions on the board of directors will be filled at the meeting.
The vice president and non-independent director, Carlos Koeberg's tenure (two terms of three years) has come to an end.
Five nominees - Clyde Avontuur, Donovan Claassen, Luzuko Mralazi, Katrisha Strydom and Mornay Stuurman - were received.
Adv Michelle Weyers' tenure has also come to an end.
The two positions of non-independent directors will be selected from Donovan Claassen (Mayflower Cricket Club), Phillip Goliath (Western Hope Cricket Club), Hein Jacobs (Sussex Cricket Club), Andrew Jantjies (Thembalethu Cricket Club) and Jeanique Williams (Blanco Cricket Club).
