Briton Lynsey Sharp was narrowly beaten by France's Renelle Lamote in the 800m.
The 2012 European champion, also part of the 62-strong GB Squad heading to China in August, ran a time of two minutes and 0.29s, with Lamote winning with 1:59.91s.
Martyn Rooney, in the GB 4x400m relay squad for the World Championships but not selected for the individual event, ran a season best of 45.41s to finish third in the 400m.
