Lieutenant Colonel Hennie de Jager confirmed that Niven and Rutkowski were both arrested on Monday afternoon at a house in the Moot in Pretoria.
“We received a tip-off from informants they were in a house in the Moot area. When we arrived, Levi had been playing outside and Niven and Rutkowski were inside the house. He seemed okay.
When we found him he was very dirty from playing in the mud,” De Jager said.
He added that both will now appear in courts across Gauteng, including Ekhuruleni and Pretoria, on several charges including fraud.
