Storms River gorge: Body identified
Storms River Bridge.
NATIONAL NEWS - The body of a man who was recovered from the Storms River gorge, yesterday February 9, after a tourist made the grisly discovery, has been positively identified as missing Port Elizabeth accountant Alan Cousins.

Uitenhage police responded to a call from a tourist, who reported that she had spotted a body beneath the Storms River Bridge.

Uitenhage police spokesman Sergeant Majola Nkohli said rescue workers were dispatched to the scene and the body of a man had since been retrieved.

Cousins’ family positively identified the body today, February 10.

No foul play is expected.
