Italdesign Go! Concept (2011):
The exterior design is dominated by extensive glass surfaces. In addition to filling the passenger compartment with light and giving its occupants the chance to thoroughly enjoy city scenery, thanks to its totally glass roof, this design offers the driver maximum visibility while driving.
Ergonomics is certainly the word that best describes the concept of the Go!'s interiors. All the elements have been styled and designed while keeping man in mind. Every single detail - from entering the car and using its controls to the shape of the seats and the instruments - has been designed from an ergonomic point of view.
Italdesign Tex Concept (2011):
Four real seats, front-wheel-drive and a gently aggressive line, the Tex fits into a long tradition of Volkswagen brand sports cars. The front is distinguished by a slender grille that encloses the light clusters in an unprecedented trapezoidal shape and three air intakes in the bumper/spoiler zone, necessary for cooling the brake discs and 1.4-litre turbo engine. The VW badge sits in the centre of the grille and is optically underscored by the V-shaped groove of the bonnet.
As in the Go!, the Tex's interior has also been designed to offer the occupants maximum space and maximum ergonomics. The passenger compartment is definitely geared to the driver. All of the instruments are positioned in a functional manner and wrap around the driver so as to leave the passenger an incredible sense of space.
Bertone Jaguar B99 Concept (2011):
A historic brand in automotive and a historic signature in design; put the two together and you get an explosive new concept car called the Jaguar B99, which Bertone presented at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show.
The name B99 stands for B as in Bertone and 99 for the company’s 100-year anniversary in 2012, one of the oldest design companies in the world. The concept projects Jaguar's classic style into the future with refined Bertone elegance, exploring a fascinating new form language with a "dynamic imbalance" between parallel lines and leaping forms. The result is a dramatic nod to the cars of old yet with a modern touch.
Lamborghini Urus Concept (2012):
At the 2012 Beijing Motor Show, Automobili Lamborghini presents the ultimate super athlete in the SUV segment. The Lamborghini Urus Concept is completely redefining dynamics and design in this category. The Urus combines unique design, a fascinating interior and outstanding performance with versatility and everyday usability. Output of around 440kW and Lamborghini's excellent know-how in the field of lightweight design technologies guarantee breathtaking dynamics.
ZagatoPerana Z-One (2009):
The Perana project is the result of Zagato's 90 year-long expertise in constructing fully functional running concepts. Virtual reality development has been integrated from inception, effectively eliminating the need for the traditional styling model and enabling the prototype to be completed in less than 4 months by the South African team. Reflecting this pure passion from this brand new sports car specialist, the proportion and volume of Z-one is even tighter than usual sports car styling, accentuated by couple of long and dynamic curves with keen edge which visually integrate some important design features like the air out-lets.
