GEORGE NEWS - Team Strong Women, in collaboration with the George Municipality, will be hosting a men's day celebration at the Parkdene Civic Centre at 10:00 on Tuesday 30 September.
The event aims to celebrate the strength, kindness and positive impact of men while also addressing the challenges they face.
Issues such as mental health struggles, high suicide rates and societal pressures will be highlighted.
Various speakers will share insights and encouragement to break down stereotypes, fostering open conversations and building stronger support systems for men to live healthier, happier lives.
