GEORGE NEWS - A motorcyclist who was involved in an accident in Knysna Road in front of Nando's this morning, Sunday 2 October, has passed away.

George Herald received the first reports of the accident at approximately 08:24.

More details surrounding the cause of the accident and the identity of the deceased have not yet been confirmed.

A media enquiry has been sent to George police and feedback is being awaited.

The single lane in each direction was opened for traffic. Please follow traffic officer instructions.
