GARDEN ROUTE | KAROO NEWS - A webinar on food security and subsistence farming will be held at 14:00 today, Thursday 6 October.
Experts from the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development, AgriSA, and Statistics South Africa will be discussing how subsistence farming can sustain food security and alleviate poverty within the context of a challenging economic climate and an increase in the cost of living.
The event is presented by the Government Communications Information System.
