GEORGE NEWS - The Cape Career Exhibition Association (CCEA) are the organisers of a roadshow that is visiting schools in the district.
They were at Imizama Yethu, PW Botha College, and York High School today.
Douglas Petersen from the CCEA says they previously hosted the event at one school, but that negatively influenced the schools that could not afford transport.
“Now we bring it to the schools," he says. "It is so important for these kids to know their options.”
The roadshow started in Plettenberg Bay and is visiting George today and tomorrow.
Tonight they are at Great Brak River High School, and tomorrow they will be at Glenwood House at 09:00, Thembalethu High School at 11:00, and Outeniqua High School at 13:30 and again at 17:00.
On Wednesday they will be at George Secondary from 08:30, Pacaltsdorp High School at 11:00 and Parkdene High School at 13:30.
They will be in Oudtshoorn on Thursday.
