GEORGE NEWS - Two of the three on-duty Working for Water members who went missing on Tuesday 30 January near Cradock Peak, were found early on Wednesday morning.
Nico Frans and Arrie Fortuin were found brought down by Eden911 paramedics after they got lost in the mountain the previous day due to thick fog.
Thembakaya Rhamba (35) is still missing in the mountain.
According to his colleagues, he was gone when they woke up yesterday morning.
A search and rescue operation was launched by their manager, Zelna Appels, after they did not return on Tuesday afternoon.
According to George police communications officer Sergeant Michael Opperman, the team of three went into the mountain on Tuesday morning to chop down some pine trees.
When they hadn't returned by 16:00, team members from Working on Water started looking for them.
The search was however halted on Tuesday evening due to visibility issues.
In pouring rain on Wednesday morning, various emergency services regrouped in an attempt to find the missing men.
Frans and Fortuin were found around 07:55.
They are unharmed.
