ELECTION NEWS AND VIDEO - With early indications from votes tallied that the DA stands to retain a comfortable majority in the Western Cape, DA Premier Candidate Alan Winde says he will do things differently.
Group Editors caught up with Alan Winde, the DA's Premier candidate ahead of the elections. He said that he is looking forward to the challenge of filling the formidable shoes of his predecessor, yet added that he would be doing things differently.
"I worked with Helen Zille who has set the benchmark very high. There remain huge challenges that will have to be addressed going forward."
Winde also expressed himself on the likelihood of coalition government in the Western Cape.
