GEORGE NEWS - A 32-year-old man from Hoekwil who is accused of rape, sexual grooming of a minor and possession of child pornography, was denied bail in the Thembalethu Regional Court on Monday 14 October.
The accused, whose identity may not be released due to the charges against him, was arrested at his home in May last year after the minor girl reported the incident to her mother.
He remains in custody and will make his next court appearance on Monday 18 November.
