BUSINESS NEWS - On 1 September, Kingswood Golf Estate will launch its spectacular new community centre/clubhouse (CCC) that is currently being built.
The construction of this new facility is on track and progressing well. The erection of the roof trusses is completed, and the roof sheeting will be installed over the next few weeks. It is exciting to see how much progress has been made!
Good progress is also being made with the construction of the new practice putting green, which will be located directly north of the new golfing facility. If all goes according to plan, construction of the new CCC will be completed by the third week of July. The new facilities (including the restaurant) are expected to be operational from 1 September.
Plans are underway for an exciting first week of opening events at the new CCC. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Monday morning, 1 September.
The completion of the facility will enable Kingswood to take great strides in its goal to become the preferred, secure, family-friendly residential golf estate on the Garden Route. This exquisite facility for Kingswood recidents will significantly enhance the golfing experience at Kingswood, and will also contribute to the overall attractiveness of George itself, as part of the golfing experience on the Garden Route.

Bookings or memberships pertaining to golf at Kingswood after 31 August should be contracted with the new Kingswood Golf Club, to be operated under the auspices of Kingswood HOA Properties (Pty) Ltd.
