GEORGE NEWS - On Thursday 25 November, Multi Motors in Knysna Road hosted the grand opening of its new convenience centre, which was attended by various guests.
After years of planning, owner Willie Hough has turned his dream of upgrading his filling station into reality and it is now a state-of-the-art convenience centre that offers clients various value-added services.
Willie and his son-in-law, Sylvanus Retief, were honoured to host this small function in conjunction with Engen.
Willie has been the owner since 1 June 2000 and has built the business together with his business partner, Jan Jansen. After Jan's retirement, Sylvanus, who is married to Willie's daughter Celia, bought shares in the business and is now responsible for most of the operations.
The filling station offers clients the full convenience package, which includes the traditional offering, as well as a Woolworths Foodstop and Barcelos.
This means that while you fill up your car, you can now enjoy the following:
- Buy your Woolworths meal at any time of the day or night;
- Buy your favourite chicken meal from the extensive menu of the new Barcelos outlet;
- Buy gas and electricity, and shop at the Quickshop and bakery.
Willie and Sylvanus would like to thank Engen, their family, staff and loyal customers for their support throughout the upgrading process and are looking forward to meeting you in the near future.
