AGRICULTURE NEWS - With 500 exhibitors and a jam-packed programme, visitors will have to plan ahead to get to everything that is on offer at Bredasdorp Park for NAMPO Cape from 13 to 16 September.
According to Henk Aggenbach, Chairman of Bredasdorp Park NPC, there is a new gate on the R319 from Swellendam.
"The new entrance, Gate E also has a parking area and Entrance 6 gives direct access to Bredasdorp Park from the Swellendam road. Visitors will enter the site close to the Engen 4x4 track. This new entrance will ease the traffic pressure on the Nooitgedacht road. The Water Wise Centee, Neptun Hall, and the BKB Livestock Centre can all be reached directly from Entrance 5 thanks to a new corridor behind the Standard Bank Rûens Kollege Steakhouse. We suggest that visitors purchase their tickets online at www.ticketpros.co.za because they are not only R10 cheaper but also allow you to skip lengthy queues.”
There are two passenger trailers, each of which will travel a fixed route on the site. Visitors can get on or off the wagons anywhere on these routes.
More places to eat and relax
NAMPO Cape offers local schools and non-governmental organizations the opportunity for fundraising. All food stalls are either run by the organizations themselves, or where private companies run such food stalls, they must cede a part of their profit to such an organization.
Feel free to support these eateries and know that it goes to a worthy cause.
