GEORGE NEWS - There is a planned water outage for a portion of Thembalethu on Tuesday 9 June from 08:00 to 16;00 for alterations to the water mains.
The following streets will be affected:
Ward 13:
- Xiphu
- Ngcakani
- Masivuselele
- Mgqetse Close
- Yhoyho
- Amandla
- Ncamanza
- Mkhondo
- Imphepho Crescent
Consumers are cautioned to treat the installation as being live for the full duration as the supply may be resumed at any time within the notified period.
Low water pressure may also be experienced during this period.
A water truck will be stationed at the corner of Xiphu and Ngcakani Streets to supply the community with water during the water interruption period.
Should circumstances prevent the work being carried out during the above-mentioned period, the work will be conducted on Wednesday 10 June from 08:00 to 16:00.
