GEORGE NEWS - There is a planned water outage for Ward 13 in Thembalethu on Tuesday 5 May from 08:00 to 16:00 for alterations to the water mains.
The following areas will be affected:

- Bitinab
- Tyhaliti
- Mavukwana
- Nfamanza
- Mkomte
- Mkuma
- Xiphu
- Sitshetshe
- Bacela
- Mpengezi
- Nomsati
- Mqondeki
- Mlanjeni
- Ngcakani
- Nchunchu
- Mnikelo
Consumers are cautioned to treat the installation as being live for the full duration as the supply may be resumed at any time within the notified period.
Low water pressure may also be experienced during this period.
A water truck will be stationed at the corner of Dingiswayo and Ncamanza Streets to supply the community with water during the water interruption period.
Should circumstances prevent the work being carried out during the abovementioned period, the work will be conducted on Wednesday 6 May from 08:00 to 16:00.
