GEORGE NEWS - There is a planned water outage for Buitekant Street and surrounding areas on Wednesday 16 April from 13:00 to 17:00.
This is for the commissioning of a newly constructed bulk water meter connection at Buitekant Street.
Consumers are warned to treat the installation as being live for the full duration, as the supply may be resumed at any time within the notified period.
Low water pressure may also be experienced during this period.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that delay the planned work, the water outage will be rescheduled to Tuesday 22 April from 13:00 to 17:00.
