Medaljes van Guinness World Records vir agriwerkers van Oppie Plaas
Agriwerkers van Oppie Plaas in Waboomskraal het op Donderdag 10 Oktober goue Guinness World Record-medaljes ontvang vir hulle toewyding en harde werk op die plaas waar die grootste pruim ter wêreld vroeër die jaar geoes is.Die pruim het in Augustus die Guinness Book of World Records gehaal. Die Wes-Kaapse minister van landbou, ekonomiese ontwikkeling en toerisme, dr. Ivan Meyer, het die plaas besoek vir 'n besigtigingstoer en om die medaljes persoonlik aan die werkers te oorhandig.
