Sketching for a good cause
On Friday 1 November the Wilderness Art Association (WAA) set up in Palms Garden Square to actively doodle for the day and encourage members of the public to participate. The doodle day was part of a drive to collect funds for the Seven Passes Initiative in Touwsranten, which supports and improves youth education and opportunities in Touwsranten and the rural area surrounding Hoekwil to prevent violence in the community.
