Outeniqua-streek boere ontvang droogtehulp
Boere van die Outeniqua-streek het hulle harte en hande oopgemaak en genoeg voerbale geskenk om twee gelede vragmotors vol te maak vir boere in droogtegeteisterde gebiede. Volgens Philip Terblanche, voorsitter van die Outeniqua-boerevereniging, is die een vrag na die Fraserburg/Williston-area gestuur en die ander na Beaufort-Wes en Rietbron. "Ons het al die boere in ons genader om elk 'n paar bale te skenk. Een boer het ook nog drie gewone vragmotors vol voer na Willowmore gestuur."
