GEORGE NEWS – Victoria Bay will come alive with junior surfing action this weekend when the Billabong Junior South African Surf Tour (SAST) event takes place from tomorrow, Friday 25 to Sunday 27 September.
The event forms part of the national junior surfing circuit and will see young surfers competing in the waves at the popular George surf spot.
The competition gives emerging surfers a chance to test their skills in a competitive environment while gaining valuable experience on Victoria Bay’s renowned point break.
Competitors, families, supporters and local surfing enthusiasts can expect three days of action in the water, with the event also bringing visitors to the area.
