Knysna Cavaliers (163 all out), with a 36-runs victory against George (127 all out), kept their hopes alive for a place in the play-off match thanks to a match-winning all-round performance by Francois Bonthuys, who excelled with both bat (60) and ball (3/19).
Union Stars (85/4), with a bonus point 6-wicket victory against Harlequins (82 all out), cemented their position at the top of the Premier League log position.
Dillan Nuys (4/20) and Reagon Rhode (3/9) were the bowling heroes for Union Stars.
Pioneers (115/6 ), with a 4-wicket bonus point victory over Mossel Bay (111 all out), moved to the fourth place on the log and are still in for a chance to reach the play-offs.
