Wine auction in aid of Famsa

GEORGE NEWS - Dedicated to promoting the emotional well-being of the community, Families SA (Famsa) Outeniqua will be hosting a wine auction to raise funds for its ongoing counselling services in George.

The event, proudly sponsored by the Heroldts Group, promises to be a highlight on the local social calendar.

Proceeds from the evening will support the organisation's professional counselling services, which have been serving the George community for the past 41 years.

This formal event will take place at the Protea Hotel by Marriott King George on Saturday 16 May.

Tables and individual seats can be booked through the Famsa offices, located at 68 Meade Street, George.

"The wine auction offers an opportunity for community members and local businesses to give back in a meaningful way.

"The funds raised will directly support individuals, couples and families facing trauma, relationship difficulties and emotional challenges, ensuring access to professional, confidential care for those in need," says Famsa's director, Nicolette Buitendag.
