GEORGE NEWS AND VIDEOS - Uncedo Taxi Association is busy with a peaceful march to protest issues they believe are negatively impacting their members.
These concerns include alleged targeting by traffic officials, the denial of permits for their operations and competition challenges with the Go George bus service.
They are marching from Thembalethu down Nelson Mandela Boulevard to the municipal offices in York Street, and from there to the provincial traffic department, also in York Street, where memorandums outlining their demands will be delivered.
