GEORGE NEWS - The Furntech building at the Nelson Mandela University George Campus is abuzz today with the univeristy's Open Day event that opened today 17 March.
More than 800 learners from various schools in the region, even as far as Beaufort West, arrived in buses at the campus.
Learners seemed keen for more information and crowded the exhibitions of the different departments from the George and Gqeberha campuses.
Tomorrow the event continues when more visits from individual learners and their parents are expected.
