GEORGE NEWS - The annual Wings of Hope Cancer Support fashion show is set to take to the runway once again, spotlighting models who are not only survivors of cancer but also those bravely fighting the disease.
Under the theme 'Heroes', this uplifting event will see cancer survivors strutting their stuff alongside members of the George Fire and Rescue team.
Scheduled for Saturday 22 June, the fundraiser will take place at the St. Augustine's Hall in Meade Street.
Attendees can anticipate a heartwarming display of courage and resilience as survivors take centre stage, accompanied by the gallant firefighting heroes.
The event starts at 14:00, and promises a delightful afternoon filled with fashion, flair, and heartfelt moments.
All proceeds will go to Wings of Hope, who providing invaluable support to cancer patients and their families.
