GEORGE NEWS - When boredom strikes during the winter school holidays, make your way to Thembalethu Library for fun and educational activities.
The programme is as follows:
• Online applications from 15 June to 13 July from 09:00 until 11:00, every Friday, for grade 12 learners.
• Colouring, movies and games on 28 June from 14:00 to 15:00, all ages welcome.
• Basic computer training (ages 8 to 15) and chess (all ages) on 3 July from 11:00 to 12:00.
• Movie (all ages), spelling competition (ages 7-13) and puzzles (ages 7-15) on 5 July from 14:00 to 15:00.
• Story hour online reading (ages 8-13) and computer training (ages 8-15) on 10 July from 11:00 to 12:00.
• Movie, games and puzzles on 12 July from 14:00 until 15:00, all ages welcome.
