GEORGE NEWS - The identity of the man (68) whose body was discovered at the Garden Route Dam on Tuesday 25 July, has not been released yet.
The man was reported missing by his wife to the police on Monday evening after he did not return home from his daily walk.
According to Southern Cape police spokesperson Sgt Chris Spies, a search party was established which was halted during the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The search resumed later that morning when the body was found using a drone.
The cause of death was not yet determined by the time of going to print, but no foul play is suspected at this stage.
