GEORGE NEWS - York High School has been selected to showcase a special video which beautifully captures the spirit of kindness within their school during the KindFest 2023 Festival.
This is an international flagship event that takes place online from 15:00 to 21:00, Friday 10 November, which is World Kindness Day. KindFest 2023 is a movement to promote kindness, unity and understanding.
"Our video is a testament to the belief that kindness knows no borders, and that together, we can create a culture of kindness that respects and embraces diversity in all its forms," says Lyndsey van Rensburg, head of York High's Pastoral Panel.
"Our video will demonstrate how we, as a school and individuals, are committed to spreading kindness far and wide. We believe that kindness is the bridge that unites us all. Our video will highlight the beauty of embracing diversity and promoting equality. Together, we can stand as one, celebrating our differences and nurturing a culture of kindness that thrives on inclusivity."
