York Street between Courtenay Road / Davidson Street and Hibernia- / Langenhoven Street, as well as a portion of Cathedral Street will be closed for traffic to ensure a happy and safe festival for all.
Municipal Manager, Trevor Botha, requested that motorists and business owners affected by the road closures, be patient and also make travel and delivery arrangements well ahead of the time, or use the available alternative routes during the festival.
