Update
GEORGE NEWS - A team of the Directorate of Civil Engineering should have the repair work done on a western main pipeline in the Davidson Road area in a few hours.
Currently most households and offices in George CBD, George South, Pacaltsdorp and Herold’s Bay may experience low water pressure, but we have received very few complaints about people without any water. These complaints have been attended to.
We ask the public to still use water sparingly.
We will keep the public up to date on the progress. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank the public for their patience.
