GEORGE NEWS - In light of the current rapid spread of Covid-19 in George and the province, all municipal sport facilities are closed for activities, practices and games with immediate effect as a precautionary measure against the spreading of Covid-19.
This measure is expected to remain in place throughout the summer holiday season.
The George Municipality thanks the public in advance for their understanding and appeals to all residents and visitors to be safe and wise: wear masks, maintain social distancing and sanitise regularly.
