GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - Covid-19 or not, nothing will stand in the way of the annual buggy gathering in Mossel Bay in December.
Members of South Cape Buggies will get together and feel the freedom of letting their hair down during their ride on 19 December.
In December 2019, the group constituted 40 buggies, but this year they are aiming for 50. The group will meet at Langeberg Mall in a designated area at 09:00 and from there, will travel to the Oppispoor Pub in Great Brak River.
