GEORGE BUSINESS NEWS - Cradock Butchery in the CBD has been serving the George public for a full year and is celebrating its first anniversary with joy. "We are celebrating this birthday with the people of the community, because without them we wouldn't have been here," says the manager, Jonathan Laido, who has 23 years of experience in the meat industry.
The butchery, that opened its doors on 29 January 2019, prides itself on being customer oriented. "The butchery is not just a place for doing business," says Laido. "Our consumers have a wonderful shopping experience, interacting with the employees and sharing jokes."
Besides focusing on customer satisfaction, they ensure that their store is always neat and that the prices are affordable. "We offer a variety of poultry products, pork, steaks, biltong and other meat products, but our lamb is the costumers' absolute favourite." They get their lamb from the Jacobsdal Abbatoir. "Our lamb is something else," says Laido.
Cradock Butchery also has a section selling hot foods such as stews, soups, braaied meat and fish, among others.
