Intermittent telephone / internet service
Various George Municipal offices are currently experiencing intermittent telephone line service due to severe storm damage caused by the extreme high winds on 11 May. Their service provider is actively working to resolve the issues.
They have noted that some calls connect, but staff are unable to hear callers speaking. The public is kindly requested to remain patient and to please report all faults on the SmartCity.
