GEORGE NEWS - George Municipality is undertaking an installation of a 110mm diameter water pipe in Beukes Street, Pacaltsdorp.
During the construction period, there may be temporary disruptions to municipal water services in the surrounding areas.
The municipality will make every effort to notify residents and businesses in advance of any scheduled interruptions via its official social media channels, website, and other communication platforms.
Additionally, road users and pedestrians in Beukes Street and adjacent areas are advised to exercise caution.
As part of the water pipeline replacement project in Beukes St, Pacaltsdorp, a scheduled water outage will take place to facilitate essential construction work.
Date: Monday 7 July and Tuesday 8 July
Time: 08:00 – 17:00
Affected Area: Beukes Street and surrounding areas
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that delay the planned work, the water outage will be rescheduled to:
