34 chameleons rescued in Hope Street
A large group of about 70 volunteers of all ages rescued 34 chameleons from debris of fallen trees in Union Street on Saturday evening, 23 May. They released the little reptiles in the Garden Route Botanical Garden on Sunday morning.
