2-3 October:
Little Red Riding Hood at the Market Community Theatre. Showtimes: Friday 2 October at 18:30 and Saturday 3 October at 12:00 and 16:00. Presented by Calindo Productions, this well-known fairy tale promises a fun family theatre outing. Enquiries and bookings: Calindo Productions on 082 694 2569.
9 October:
Magnificent Movie Music with Carpe Musicam! at Laerskool George-Suid at 19:00. Tickets are R180 for adults and R60 for learners, available on carpemusicam.co.za or at the door. An enjoyable evening of movie favourites from The Mask of Zorro, The Mission, Where Eagles Dare, Strike Up the Band, Moonlight Sonata and more.
17 October:
Espectáculo at the Market Community Theatre (18:30). Marlise's School of Spanish Dance presents an evening of colourful Spanish dance. Tickets are R150 per person on Webtickets.

21-23 October:
Hey Hey Divorcé with Schalk Bezuidenhout at George Arts Theatre (19:00). Have you ever gone through a divorce? Well, Schalk has! And lucky for you, he has to talk about it. Actually... he needs to talk about it! Why? Because it's cheaper than therapy. Raw, real stand-up at its finest. And maybe even a single tear running down the left cheek. Tickets are R250 on Webtickets. No under 16s.
24-25 Oktober:
Eerste vir alles met Frank Opperman en Margit Meyer-Rödenbeck by die George-kunsteteater. Vertoontye: 24 Oktober, 19:00, en 25 Oktober, 15:00.

Eva (Meyer-Rödenbeck), 'n gefrustreerde kuns-tenaar, kry uiteindelik 'n beurt om haar kant van die storie te vertel, die liefde en leed van die eerste moeder en huisvrou. The 70s vs 80s Tribute at the Market Community Theatre (19:00). Take a musical trip back in time with James Marais and Monique Cassells. Doors open at 18:00. Tickets are R150, or R130 for pensioners and learners, on Quicket or with Heather on 072 369 3304.
